Portal Jr Analyst

At Evonik, we are looking for talent to join a key centralized function responsible for invoice submission and management across our legal entities in Mexico.

• Upload and manage invoices in customer portals
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Support internal and external customer inquiries
• Collaborate closely with collection teams
• Handle questions or inquiries related to customer’s invoices.
• Maintain complete supporting correspondence for all invoice submissions.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Intermediate to advanced English skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable
