Portfolio Analyst

Overview

• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities within the Corporate A&H portfolio
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive client acquisition and retention strategies
• Support the design and launch of tailored A&H insurance products
• Track portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and competitiveness

Client & Partner Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients on A&H policies, claims, and services
• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners
• Deliver product training and ongoing support to clients and partners

Operations & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and finance teams
• Prepare reports and insights on portfolio performance and market trends
