Role Description

Are you interested in theoretical strong-field quantum optics and can you contribute to the development and application of theory for light-matter interaction in a new regime? Then the Department of Physics and Astronomy invites you to apply for a 3-year postdoctoral position. 
 
Expected start date and duration of employment
This is a 3–year position from September 1, 2026, or as soon possible thereafter. 
 
Job description
You will be contributing to developing and applying theory of interaction between light and matter within strong-field quantum optics
You will be involved in supervision of BSc, MSc and PhD students
These activities will be in close collaboration with the group members in the attosecond science group
