Role Description

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Power Apps Support Analyst L1 to provide first-level support for Microsoft Power Platform applications in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user inquiries and escalating complex issues. 
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, 3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and IT service management tools. English proficiency is required.
