Power Systems Engineer I - Seams Administration

**Description**

As our **Power Systems Engineer I** , you will help MISO’s Operators and neighboring grid partners perform accurate, reliable congestion and transmission coordination so they can ensure safe, efficient, and predictable real‑time system operations across regional boundaries.

In one year as our Power Systems Engineer I, you will know you’re successful if:

+ You can independently coordinate and maintain core Seams processes (AFC, IDC, NNL, flowgates) with accuracy and timeliness
+ You have built strong, trusted relationships with MISO Operators, Market personnel, and neighboring RTO counterparts
+ You have contributed meaningfully to at least one improvement initiative, process enhancement, or cross‑team project
+ You communicate effectively and consistently deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision
