HCLTech looking CAE Analyst candidate for below position
Domain - Powertrain NVH
Primary Skill - Ansys /Maxwell (Electromagnetic simulation)
Exp - 4 to 8 Yrs
Domain Knowledge:
1. Experience with coupled electromagnetic-structural analysis for electric machines using ANSYS tools (Maxwell, Motor-CAD, Mechanical).
2. Good knowledge on Powertrain Systems and architectures.
3. Good knowledge in debugging Ansys errors and convergence issues.
Job Description:
1. Analyze and understand the operational principles and dynamic behavior of various electric machine types (e.g., PM, Induction, Syn RM) to identify key sources of NVH excitation (electromagnetic forces, torque ripple, etc.).
2. Extract, process, and analyze simulation results to obtain the required dynamic load data (time-series, frequency domain), potentially utilizing tools like MATLAB for advanced post-processing and visualization.
