PR & Outreach Intern

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to micro-influencers, bloggers, and skincare creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  
• Build and manage a contact database — creators, press, and potential collaborators
  
• Draft outreach messages and follow-ups that feel human, not templated
  
• Coordinate gifting, PR packages, and seeding campaigns end-to-end
  
• Track outreach performance — response rates, conversions, coverage generated
  
• Research partnership opportunities, local events, and pop-up possibilities
  

Requirements

Who you are

• Excellent communicator — clear, warm, and persuasive in writing
