Role Description
El Departamento de It de DHL Express Perú está en búsqueda de un/a Practicante PROPÓSITO DEL ROL
Brindar soporte en las tareas encomendadas por el área de Soporte It.
TUS FUNCIONES
* Brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel en temas de red y conectividad WiFi, apoyando la rápida solución de incidentes.
*Atender y dar seguimiento a incidentes y requerimientos mediante la herramienta de tickets, asegurando una atención oportuna y ordenada.
*Contribuir al cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLA) establecidos, con enfoque en la satisfacción del usuario.
