Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head and scale the ERP Practice with a primary focus on Oracle Corporation ecosystem . This role will be responsible for building a high-growth, high-margin Oracle practice covering implementation, transformation, and managed services.

The Practice Head will own end-to-end practice strategy, P&L, capability development, and client engagement , with a strong emphasis on Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and NetSuite . The role requires a balance of business growth, delivery excellence, and deep domain expertise in ERP transformation programs .
