We’re working with a growing Design & Build main contractor delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B fit out projects across London, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager to join the team.

📍 London Based
💰 Salary up to £100k (DOE)
🏗️ Project values ranging from £2m–£3m+

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced fit out environment and enjoys being heavily involved from early engagement through to tender submission.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Managing the full tender process
✔ Coordinating and managing design changes
✔ Handling RFIs and technical queries
✔ Working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
✔ Supporting bid strategy and programme development
✔ Ensuring commercial and operational alignment throughout pre-construction
