Pre Post Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Singapore for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The individual in this position will provide comprehensive technical support, act as a subject matter expert for LED video equipment, and assist in the set-up and troubleshooting of installations. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored technical solutions for customers, addressing pre‑sales product inquiries, providing post‑sales support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves conducting product training sessions and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
