We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of India Application Engineering Manager (Pre-Sales).
This role is critical to driving India’s strategic growth, leading a high-performing team of Application Engineers, and enabling customer success through strong technical engagement and workflow-based solution selling.
The successful candidate will lead India’s Pre-Sales Application Engineering organization while playing a key role in integrating efforts across different AE functions and maximizing the impact of Agilent’s laboratory infrastructure.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and manage a team of 15 ~ 20 pre-application engineers in India
Drive high performance through coaching, capability development, and clear accountability
Foster a strong culture of collaboration, ownership, and customer-centricity
