Role Description

We're looking for talented and passionate Prep Cooks to join our beautiful r estaurants!


The Distillery Restaurants Corp.

  •  is the creator of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits, Madrina Bar y Tapas, and Distillery Events (Archeo and The Loft).  We have super opportunities across excellent restaurants for career-oriented culinary pros. Are you a passionate Cook ,  looking for a new kitchen to build and develop your skill-set?


    We are currently accepting applications for positions that are expected to start in April or early May 2026.


    Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered for this role.

  •   What you’ll experience with The DRC: $18.00 PER HOUR and food discounts at all our restaurants.  CAREER GROWTH!


    Learn under the guidance of the DRC’s Executive Chef team led by Chef Tim Miles (Culinary Director).
