Prep Cook - Part Time

Legends & ASM GLOBAL, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Prep Cook. Responsible for prepping and preparation of food as directed and performing any cooking, baking, butchering required and performs any and all duties in the kitchen. The tasks assigned must be completed quickly and efficiently while still abiding by necessary guidelines that will ensure quality standards are met .


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


I nclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Adhere to Health Department and ServSafe regulations.
+ Prepare food products as directed by recipe and/or supervisor while maintaining strict adherence to standards and specifications.
+ Complete all assigned production priorities daily.
