Presentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and design investment pitchbooks and presentations to support deal sourcing, investor meetings, and internal discussions.
Develop informative and engaging materials, including Information Memorandums (IMs), industry research reports, deal and peer analysis, company profiles, and discussion documents tailored to specific investment opportunities.
Collaborate with deal teams to ensure presentation/pitchbooks effectively communicate investment theses.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data presentation, charts, and visual storytelling.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
2-4 years of experience in presentation support roles.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modelling tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to present complex data clearly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
