Purpose of the Role

The President provides governance leadership to the Board and ensures effective functioning of the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary and strategic responsibilities.

• Foster respectful, culturally grounded dialogue.

Governance Oversight

• Ensure Board fulfills legal and fiduciary duties.
• Monitor adherence to bylaws and governance policies.
• Support Board performance and development.
