**About the Role:**
The Press Operator supports press operations by preparing changeovers, assisting with press operation, ensuring product quality, and performing preventative maintenance. This role also provides training and support to other team members while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
**Key Duties:**

+ Oversee and assist with press operation under supervisor guidance
+ Prepare and execute efficient press changeovers
+ Monitor and ensure product quality meets production standards
+ Train and support press assistants on operational procedures
+ Perform preventative maintenance according to protocols
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
