Pricing & Rebates Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Pricing master data independently, accurately, and on time as per agreed targets
• Verify that all pricing change forms and customer agreements carry appropriate approvals per the authority matrix
• Perform price file uploads and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve arising data issues
• Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, fair, justifiable, and processed on time
• Ensure all CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos are sent to agreed customer deadlines and meet customer expectations
• Maintain the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance
• Work closely with BU Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure accuracy across both functions
• Proactively improve the quality of Pricing master data and customer agreement processes
• Process all requests from other teams and stakeholders in a timely manner
