You provide highly creative solutions, drive innovation, and serve as a technical authority while developing and mentoring others across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Works on uniquely significant and complex layout challenges with organizational-wide impact
Provides highly creative solutions that advance ADI's technical leadership position
Develops and mentors others to build organizational capabilities and bench strength
Leads cross-organizational initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes
