Principal Electrical Designer

Principal Electrical Designer (CAL01OR) – Individual Contributor Purpose The Principal Electrical Designer provides senior‑level design leadership and technical expertise for electrical design deliverables across major projects. This role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of complex electrical design packages in support of Worley and its customers, while providing technical mentorship to electrical design teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high‑quality electrical design services that meet Worley, client, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget.

Lead the development, coordination, and quality assurance of electrical design deliverables across the full project lifecycle (concept, FEED, detailed design, and construction support).
