We're partnering with a Fintech in the search for a Principal Software Engineer to drive technical excellence and shape the future of its engineering landscape.

This is a senior, high-impact role combining hands-on engineering, architecture, and strategic leadership. You’ll lead complex initiatives, mentor senior engineers, and influence technology decisions across the organisation.
