Principal Engineer I Product Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Serve as the technical authority for complex customer requirements and solution design.
• Lead resolution of Tier 3 and above technical issues, including critical escalations and quality concerns.
• Partner with sales and proposals teams to define winning technical strategies for project pursuits.
• Build strong customer relationships and position Emerson technologies as the preferred choice.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials aligned with global standards.
• Coach and develop technical specialists to elevate team capabilities.
