Principal Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform feasibility study, concept design, front end engineering design (FEED) and detailed designs for civil & structural (C&S) works in industrial/energy related projects. The C&S design will cover foundation, substructure for storage tanks, pipe racks/sleepers/bridge, equipment plinths/foundation, underground pipeline culvert, drainage, sewerage, road infrastructures, superstructures for low-rise buildings/structures, etc.
• Experience in power plant projects would be an added advantage
• Prepare C&S material take off (MTO) for cost estimates
• Prepare C&S tender specifications, project requirement, carry out tender evaluation, etc. for C&S works
• Conduct presentation for concept, FEED and detailed designs to clients and stakeholders
• Project management
• Carry out authorities’ pre-consultation, submissions and liaison with authorities for necessary approvals
