Principal, manufacturing systems engineer

Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.
Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as HVAC, Fire Pump station, RO Plant, UPS, and Air Compressor.
Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and EHS teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.
Participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.

Requirements
~ High school or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
