Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Geology, the Principal Resource Geologist is accountable for delivering geological interpretation, 3D models, and mineral resource estimates across GMIN’s assets, while setting the technical direction and standards for this work. This role works in multidisciplinary teams and external consultants through resource estimation cycles, ensures compliance with applicable reporting codes, drives continuous improvement in data quality and modelling workflows, and supports corporate growth through technical due diligence for M&A.
