Principal ServiceNow Software Engineer (Developer)

Federal Government client is looking to engage the services of an experienced ServiceNow Developer on a long term contract.

Key duties and responsibilities
 
The Service, delivered in collaboration, include but are not limited to:

• Custom portal development with UI Builder or React framework ensuring secure integration with ServiceNow APIs and government data models.
• Perform advanced customisations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows custom tables and reports.
• Integration and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Java Script, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML and CSS).
• Advanced workflow development and customisation.
• Advanced Playbook development.
• Advanced CSM development and customisation.
• Escalation of issues and risks within team structure.
