**Responsibilities** :
Responsible for certifying Bentley's civil engineering software products including OpenRoads Designer, OpenRail Designer and OpenRail Overhead Line Designer.

Performed functional, integration, upgrade, and performance testing, as well as certification of Digital iTwin workflows using Civil Connector.
Collaborated with product management and development teams to define testing scope and understand user workflows and product implementations.
Created civil datasets for the automation team, developed test plans and test cases.

Configured ProjectWise servers and Managed WorkSpaces with SQL Server databases for civil products, managed Azure DevOps activities including bugs, PBIs, tasks, and test plans/cases, handled user issues, service cases, and escalations, and mo...
