You’re a Principal Structural Engineer who wants to lead, not just deliver. You’re comfortable taking ownership of projects, influencing decisions early, and building relationships with clients—but you also want to be part of a team that is growing, respected, and genuinely collaborative. At Stantec, you’ll join our Structural Engineering team in Glasgow or Edinburgh, leading complex building projects across the UK. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary environment alongside Civil, MEP, Environmental, Energy and Water specialists, giving you the platform to shape projects at a broader level and contribute to more integrated, forward-thinking solutions.
