Principal Subcontract Adminstrator

**Job Description**
Organizational expert responsible for cradle to grave administration of high risk/high complexity major subcontracts. Monitors subcontractor performance for conformance to the subcontract. May lead activities of subcontract administration teams on assigned programs required for the sourcing of complex material, software, and/or services through following established and approved procurement policies and procedures. May provide work leadership for lower-level employees and serve as the first-level backup support for subcontract management. Leads and conducts the preparation/negotiation of highly complex subcontracts and is a performance example to junior/midlevel subcontract administrators.
