As the primary liaison between clients and Insurance Company underwriters and billing departments, this expert will be responsible for elevating and delivering the standard professional service and communication related to products and services while efficiently handling and resolving client complaints to ensure a positive overall experience.

Key Accountabilities
Managing incoming/outgoing calls for internal and external clients and shareholders.

Managing incoming mail and couriers from clients, companies, mortgage holders and lawyers.
