Process Analyst II

CTG is seeking a Process Analyst II to support process improvement initiatives for our client. This role focuses on analyzing business operations, documenting workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and helping drive operational efficiency improvements across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
+ Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather process requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
