**DUTIES:** Participate in new program implementation and execution including SOR prep, forecasting, controls design, equipment builds and run-off and buyoff. Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high-quality parts. Manage deliveries to program timing milestones working with multiple suppliers. Provide project report outs to senior management. Participate in existing program and site support including troubleshooting. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all customers and plants. Provide technical direction to less experienced controls engineers and suppliers. Design and troubleshoot electrical controls systems. Work on development and testing of advanced process technology. Hybrid Work Policy – 3 days In-Office, 2 Days Remote – Must be able to report to local office. 25% travel to client sites nationwide, some int...
