Beneq is looking for a Process Development Manager to join our Advanced ALD Business Unit in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you’ll lead and contribute to advanced ALD process development activities supporting our research and semiconductor customers worldwide.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role combining approximately 80% process development work and 20% team leadership and coordination. You will manage a small team of two Process Development Engineers while remaining deeply involved in experimental work, process optimisation, and customer‑driven development projects.

You’ll work closely with customers, Product Management, Engineering, and application experts to develop and optimise ALD processes that demonstrate the full value of Beneq’s advanced ALD solutions.
