Position Overview:

As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and enforcing standardized workflows across multiple operational divisions.This role is highly analytical and requires strong ownership of end-to-end process improvement initiatives.

Workflow Engineering and Optimization

+ Map, analyze, and optimize operational workflows across administrative, medical, and portfolio management functions

+ Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

Standard Work and SOP Implementation

+ Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)

+ Ensure adherence to standardized processes to achieve consistent, defect-free output
