Role Description

Description
 :Process support and improvement:
Monitor and optimize Clearcoat, Thinner, E-coat process, Topcoat, Basecoat and Primer, review and update SOP and batch card to Operation safety.
Identity process improvement opportunity, lead CI project to enhance productivity, quality and capability.
Part in new product alignment, evaluation feasibility for equipment and process, define new product process request.
Establish and maintain PV information in the system.
Quality Responsibilities:
Investigation abnormal production and customer complaint to identify root cause and resolve.
Write and update related SOPs, batch card, PFMEA/CP, identify process key control point and training operators.
Implement process best practice.
Support IATF and other audit and finding improvement.
PSM Responsibilities:
Lead PHA.
Understand and learn related PSM element knowledge and request.
