Process Engineer - Module Assy

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Process/Product/Equipment transfer and release executes technology transfer timely and smoothly.
• Line issues: resolves operational issues promptly to sustain customer demands.
• System establishment of procedures, improves specification and documents continuous improvement of operation.
• Training and development: lead the training, certification and development of operators and technicians.
• Support top management priorities – support tasks as required by top management to sustain operational demands.

Education & Experience

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (Physics, Electrical and related can apply).
• At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiber optics industry.
