Process Engineer (Pre-treatment Unit)

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement of the processing capability and availability of Pretreatment (PTU) and Heat Treatment (HTU) units.
• Develop and maintain the Basis of Design (BOD) and Unit Specific Tolerances (UST) and define the operating limits for PTU and HTU.
• Build the competency of PTU and HTU processing technologies within the organization.
• Conduct test runs, resolve bottlenecks, develop solutions, and manage capital investments in the early phases of the project lifecycle.
• Support operations in troubleshooting major process challenges and investigating high‑risk non‑conformances.
• Improve process safety by participating in risk assessments and managing action development and implementation.
