Process Engineer

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit by leading Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and advancing digital transformation initiatives. You will analyze performance data to prioritize improvements, lead structured problem solving and small projects, build employee technical capabilities, and collaborate across functions to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including the creation, deployment, and sustainment of standards
+ Leverage technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve the reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems
