Role Description
YOUR ROLE
- Take on the role ofProcess owner for Metal plating (eless / immersion / …) and implementprocess improvement projects to achieve the best possibleprocess cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Manage new equipment qualification, liaise with maintenance until release of the tool to production.
- Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to AssistantShift Process Engineers and Technicians.
- Provide training toShift Engineers, Technicians to enhance their troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge.
