**Purpose of the Position:**

+ Prioritize process and business needs and align Division Engineering activities and resources to deliver the business needs.
+ Lead and support continuous process improvement activities, problem-solving sessions, new product or process receivership, cost reduction projects, and equipment installs and debug.
+ Lead discussion on mechanistic understanding of complex engineering challenges and provide guidance on the application of Engineering First Principles.
+ Cooperate and corroborate with other plants within the division for Best Practices and synergy opportunities.
+ Improve existing manufacturing processes, equipment, and capabilities working with members from cross-functional teams.
