Process Launch Management Engineer

About the Position:

We are looking for a Process Launch Management Engineer to join the Operations team at the Electronic Systems Aguascalientes Plant, reporting directly to the PLM Manager. This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

As the PLM Engineer at Marelli, you will manage new products' manufacturing simultaneous engineering, industrialization and launch activities through the supervision of the whole process—from concept to early production—ensuring the best manufacturability and achieving the targets for cost, quality, and time to market.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Plan project technical activities and staffing.
• Coordinate the manufacturing team activities and resources involved in the project.
