Role Description

What you will do

Develop and own the strategy for your production area in line with overall factory objectives, and ensure its effective execution through clearly defined actions

Monitor and evaluate production performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)

Drive performance improvements by analyzing losses, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to reduce or eliminate them

Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on set priorities and manage cross‑functional improvement teams

Ensure that required conditions for safety, product quality, and equipment efficiency are consistently met and regularly reviewed

Sustain stable process and machine conditions through regular audits of standards and work instructions

Identify, plan, and execute development needs for engineers and operators to support capability growth and long‑term performance
