Process Lead- Payroll

Responsibilities Must Have • Graduate in any stream• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience in Global Payroll Processing• Results and deadline driven• Must have minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience • Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for Payroll inputs and validation• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) Good to have:• Experience in multi country payroll processing will be an advantage• Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline, Celergo, SAP Payroll, CGI, Lessorlon, Decidium or Dayforce will be an advantage Educational Requirements Graduate
