+ Responsible for all OPW weaving process(include Warping/Weaving/Lamination/Inspection).
+ Perform qualification of new machine in the launch phase, and well handover to ME by MQ1.
+ Lead new line installation and debug in plant, and support sample build during launch phase.
+ Fully involve in problem solving related to new product, process, and equipment issue.
+ Fully support new production line to do the process and product issue analysis.
+ Support new line design review, and work with cross-function team ...
