Role Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end setup of the process quality module for the new factory;
- Responsible for monitoring quality objectives during project trial production and mass production, and collecting issues;
- Responsible for organizing Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) meetings and handling non-conforming products;
- Responsible for monitoring the progress of quality issue analysis and resolution, and escalating issues in a timely manner based on the current situation;
- Responsible for updating and maintaining on-site Control Plans (CP) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP);
- Responsible for leading customer audits and following up on identified issues;
- Responsible for onboarding training for quality control inspectors.
