Process Standardization and Master Data Manager

Job Description

Responsible for leading the standardization of core business processes and master data governance to support the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Collaborates with business units and IT teams to improve operational consistency, data quality, and system readiness across power, water, and shared services operations. Establishes and enforces process frameworks, SOPs, and governance standards while supporting compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drives stakeholder engagement, adoption, and performance monitoring to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Postgraduate degree is an advantage.
