Main purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the quality standards and customer specifications in the Electro-coating line are adhered too.

Job Objectives:

• Quality
  • Ensure the product voltage, PH conductivity, acid level and temperature are correct according to specifications before use.
  • Ensure that all chemicals transferred to the effluent plant is in line with the Environmental work instructions and procedures.
• Manufacturing
  • Optimise line process parameters to improve units per input hour.
  • Ensure that all tanks and pumps are maintained to eliminate any production downtime.
  • Ensure that the chemicals specifications of the tanks are in line with the work instructions.
