SMT Process Support
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT production equipment, including:Solder paste printersSPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machinesPick-and-place machinesReflow ovensAOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems
Monitor SMT line performance and ensure products meet quality requirements.
Perform machine changeovers and product conversions according to production schedules.
Support first article inspection and process validation during new product introductions (NPI).
Dispensing Process Support
Set up and maintain automated dispensing equipment for:AdhesivesUnderfill materialsEpoxyThermal interface materials (TIM)Conformal coating materials
