Process Worker

Synergie is currently seeking Process workers to join a leading waste management company based in St Marys, NSW.

We are seeking reliable and detail-focused Process workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating automated and semi-automated machinery, performing quality checks, and completing assembly tasks in line with safety and production standards.

About the Role

• Monitor pre-programmed machines producing small plastic moulds
• Perform quality assurance checks on finished products
• Pack completed products into boxes and move full boxes (up to approx. 15kg) to nearby pallet
• Manually open machine doors and retrieve moulded products

• Restart machine cycles as required
• Conduct quality checks, trimming, or basic assembly
• Pack products into boxes and transport to pallets close to the machine
