· Perform reject decisioning and processing, including sorting non-standard or rejected transactions using reports and audit trails
· Operate high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment (OPEX 150) for complex client handling
· Process medium to high complexity sorting and transaction decisioning based on client instructions
· Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
